Charlie (formerly Watson)

Charlie (formerly Watson) joined our little family Friday morning, November 4th. He’s a friendly little guy about a year old and full of energetic love. As to his breed we think he’s part hurricane, part tornado with a bit of terrier and doxie thrown in for good measure.
He’s a diamond in the rough...meaning we have a lot of training ahead of us! First up is puppy classes, followed by obedience classes, then his CGC certificate, and possibly some agility training as he runs like the wind. His previous owner turned him in because he chased her cats. That was true here as well when he first came home with us. But now Charlie takes naps on the couch with one of our two cats.
He’s a very smart dog and is learning the ropes very quickly. He’s just a wonderful little boy and we have to ask ourselves: who rescued who? Thanks, PUP for letting us meet him. It has only been just over a week and already he’s a solid member of our family. We love him!

Charlie (formerly Watson) is doing great! He’s been with us about two months now. He gets a long with our two cats and is progressing with his training and socialization. His hair is growing back and he’s at a healthy weight. He’s a very happy and intelligent little dog. He has developed a strong bond with both my wife and me. In fact, he has become my little shadow. Wherever I go, so goes Charlie. We are so happy with the outcome of this adventure and with PUP that I will be making a donation to your organization tomorrow.
